Designed for the 2020 edition of the National Sleep Day that occured on March 13th 2020, the Marketing department was asked to design an awareness campaign on sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, etc.
I designed 3 posters on insomnia, sleep apnea and the different sleep cycles, as well as 3 leaflets explaining the existing sleep disorders and their causes, some tips and tricks on how to sleep well, and explained the 4 different stages of sleep.
